G2 View™ Family

G2 View™

Administrator’s workstation

G2 View provides the user with an administrator’s “VIEW” of mailing and shipping operations. It includes all the features of the G2 iMCM system except it does not print shipping labels or control a postage meter. G2 View can be used to ‘pre-process’ shipments using Request-to-Send (RTS). With RTS, shipments can be generated that simply need to be scanned at the G2 iMCM to process. There is no limit to the number of RTS shipments that can be processed per day.

Each G2 View requires a G2 CD and unique Security Key.


G2 Network View™

G2 Network View is a software solution that allows clients to ‘extend’ the features and functions of G2 iMCM to their desktop. It’s like having access to the shipping department right on your PC. G2 Network View is an enterprise version of G2 View. With G2 Network View, anyone in an organization can easily create and track shipments with Request-to-Send (RTS). What’s more, G2 Network View’s business rules help eliminate costly shipping errors. G2 Network View’s pricing structure is based on the number of transactions (RTS) processed per day. Most other similar software products are priced based on the number of users. With G2 Network View, clients only pay for what they need and not ‘by-the-seat’.

Like G2 View, Network View requires the installation of the G2 software locally; G2 Network View does not require a unique Security Key.


G2 WebView™

Browser Based Desktop Ship Request

G2 WebView is a browser-based solution that may be used to select shipping and mailing options from the desktop of users within an enterprise. As with the other View products, G2 WebView produces Request-to-Send documents. G2 WebView’s pricing structure is identical to that of the G2 Network View.

G2 WebView does not require any local installation of the G2 software nor the use of a Security Key.
