Thank you for visiting solutions.neopost.com (the “Site”).
Neopost Software and Integrated Solutions (”NSIS”) respects the privacy of neopostloopone.com users (”Users”) and is committed to protecting the information disclosed by its Users while using the Site. Accordingly, this Privacy Statement describes the practices that Neopost Software and Integrated Solutions follows with respect to information collected in connection with use of the Site only, and does not govern any other NSIS online or offline data collection and use practices. By using the Site, you hereby consent to the data collection and use practices described herein.
Collection of Information
Personal Information may be collected from a User after the User accesses the Site. For purposes of this Privacy Statement, “Personal Information” means any information collected during the registration process that may be used to identify a User, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, and other information needed to provide a requested service.
In addition, Billing Information may be collected from a User entering into a transaction on the Site. For purposes of this Privacy Statement, “Billing Information” means any information collected during a transaction on the Site, which includes billing related contact information, as well as payment and credit card information.
Generally speaking, Users of the Site do not divulge Personal Information to NSIS by simply accessing the Site, and NSIS does not collect Personal Information, including the User’s email address, without first asking the User for it. However, certain areas of the Site may require registration or a password before accessing such areas, or before obtaining additional information. As a result, NSIS may explicitly request Users to provider Personal Information to access these areas or obtain the additional information. In addition, Billing Information will only be collected if the User enters into a transaction on the Site.
Use of Information
Personal Information is used by NSIS to develop, improve and provide NSIS products and services. NSIS may also use this information to provide Users with information, and for internal marketing and lead generation purposes. However, except for disclosure to entities assisting NSIS in its business (”service providers”), none of the Information collected is shared with organizations external to NSIS without the User’s express prior consent (”Opting-In”)(see below for more detail). Service providers given Personal Information are also required to follow the same standards stated in this Privacy Statement.
Billing Information is used to assist NSIS in processing a transaction and any Billing Information collected on the Site will not be shared with any third party other than a credit card or payment processing party, which may be provided the information necessary to complete a credit card or payment transaction.
A User’s Personal Information may also be used in accordance with any applicable agreements between NSIS and its Users and their respective companies, and such agreements shall control over this Privacy Statement in the event of a conflict.
Finally, because NSIS is part of a global Neopost Group, a User’s Personal Information may be shared with other Neopost Group offices or subsidiaries around the world, provided that such entities maintain the confidentiality of such Personal Information consistent with this Privacy Statement. NSIS will also disclose information if required to do so by law, to enforce the Site’s Terms of Use, or in urgent circumstances, to protect personal safety, the public or its websites.

Data Security
Users Billing Information is password-protected for privacy and security. NSIS safeguards the security of the data sent to NSIS with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. In certain areas of the Site, NSIS uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions. While NSIS strives to protect User information, NSIS cannot ensure the security of information transmitted, and urges its Users to take every precaution to protect their personal data. Changing passwords often, using a combination of letters and numbers, and making sure that browsers are secure are all prudent practices that NSIS recommends.
For site security purposes and to ensure Site uptime, NSIS employs software programs that monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits other than those uses identified in this Policy Statement. Intentional misuse of secure information will be investigated and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

However, Users may subsequently elect to “Opt-out” of receiving direct marketing or market research information by taking affirmative action to indicate that the User no longer consents to such use by sending an e-mail specifically stating this request to support@loopone.com. In addition, NSIS will not disclose Personal Information to third parties (except for service providers), unless NSIS explicitly asks the User for permission to make such disclosure and the User affirmatively “Opts-In” and thereby consents.
